Support end-to-end encrypted files #301
Description
Ideally, we would encrypt them client-side before storing them in the cloud. Locally, we plan to store files in IDB and then create blob URLs for the preview (which would help with bandwidth usage too). With this approach, a CDN for the cloud files would no longer be necessary for most cases. We might need to consider how to handle files attached to public docs though.
