Mobile sign-in page layout should match web

Description

The mobile sign-in page (LoginPage.razor) doesn't match the web layout.

Web layout (reference):

• SentenceStudio logo/branding centered at top
• Card with: Sign In heading, Email field, Password field, Remember me checkbox, Sign In button
• Forgot your password? link
• Don't have an account? Create one link
• Back to home link

Mobile currently has:

• No logo/branding
• No Remember me checkbox
• No Forgot your password? link
• Different text for register link
• No Back to home link

Acceptance Criteria

• Mobile sign-in matches the web layout shown in the screenshot
• Shared UI components where possible
