Unable to add sites on non-standard ports to blacklist.

Unable to add sites on non-standard ports to Scrollbar Anywhere's blacklist.

In options.js:save(), the ":" character isn't supported in the regex; and in content.js:isEnabled(), `document.location.hostname` is checked against instead of `document.location.host`.

My setup:
- Left Mouse Button
- Chrome 63
- Windows 10
