Homeassistant integration not working after powerloss #271

Hi,
so the problem is after turning of the power of the esp32 and turning it on again, the sensors and switches (and probably every other type) on Home Assistant don't work anymore. They are avaible but don't work on esp site. If I delete the device on Home Assistant side in the power break, the device gets created new and then works again. Is there a possibility that you don't have to delete the device on Home Assistant every time your esp looses his power?
