目前的一键拉黑方式没有限流，单个列表加上加急名单共有一百来个账号，点击一次"一键拉黑"按钮会造成瞬间发起一百多个请求。

这种方式目前是安全的，但有潜在风险，尤其是当用户短时间内多次点击多个列表批量拉黑时，从实际经验来看，大概超过500个后会被Twitter强制登出账
号，重新登录后可继续正常使用Twitter。

对单个用户来说，推特的拉黑接口的限流窗口是 1 天， 期间只允许 400 次操作。

twitter 并没有在文档中写明 block 的限制，但是在 twitter community 中有人提到了这个问题，twitter 官方回复是：

Block rates are not listed on this page, but you might expect that it might be similar to the follow limit.

而 https://help.twitter.com/en/rules-and-policies/twitter-limits 页面写明了 Following (daily): The technical follow limit is 400 per day.
