Sensio Framework Extra Bundle blocking Symfony 7

sensio/framework-extra-bundle will be compatible with Symfony 6.4 but will not be once Symfony 7 is required. Since the package is abandoned anyways we should remove our fork's dependency on it. The plan is to deprecate any dependencies on sensio/framework-extra-bundle in dayspring-tech/propel-bundle version 6, the same version we make compatible with Symfony 6.4. Once we hit Symfony 7, and thus version 7 of dayspring-tech/propel-bundle we will remove sensio/framework-extra-bundle and it's dependency.
