* refactor: updated DB UI Base dependency

* refactor: removed some obsolete SCSS files

that contents have been moved to DB UI Base (and others that aren't relevant that for any more)

* refactor: using files from DB UI Base from now on

* refactor: updated DB UI Base dependency

* chore: simplification

* chore: replaced these values

* chore: simplified the scss compiling

* chore: forward the DB UI Base files

* chore: we need to include font face declarations in this file as well

* refactor: corrected the path definition
