Add latest build for docker image #39

gcip version you are using?
Not related to this issue.
pip freeze | grep gcip
What should gcip do differently? Which functionality do you think we should add?
We should do a docker build with a latest tag.
The latest tag, should be the latest stable version of the gcip.
So that users could just use gcip:latest and are good to go.
