Proposed Change

Creating a new tag v0.2 (and release, if desired), capturing these updates.

Purpose

Creating a new tag of the action allows for cleaner syntax within existing workflows that use this action. To get the latest changes, the workflow would have to look like:

- name: Run dbt-checkpoint
  uses: dbt-checkpoint/action@e48e633aa4476833754daf6640d1d5495d5fd1b7

where it could look like:

- name: Run dbt-checkpoint
  uses: dbt-checkpoint/action@v0.2
