Request to unarchive the dbt-presto project

Hello dbt community,

Presto Foundation and IBM have been working with the archived dbt-presto code to add important features and fix issues. Here's what we've improved:

• Security Fixes: We've addressed important security vulnerabilities to make dbt-presto safer to use.
• SSL Certificate Support for Presto Connections: We've added the option to pass an SSL certificate as a parameter, enabling secure connections to Presto clusters.
• Enhanced Presto Data Type Support in dbt Seeds: We've expanded data type support for dbt seeds to work better with Presto. This means users can handle a wider variety of data formats, making dbt-presto more flexible and compatible with different types of data.

These improvements make the dbt-presto adapter stronger, more secure, and helpful for both community users. We also intend to add further support for snapshots and incremental models and extend this plugin for Presto C++ (Prestisimmo) Engine.

Could you help us by unarchiving the dbt-presto project? This would allow us to officially contribute these changes, maintain the project and make them available to everyone and maintain this presto-plugin further.
