Override schema creation to add Managed Schema approach

is there a way to override schema creation part from DBt to create managed schema in snowflak e

CREATE SCHEMA IF NOT EXISTS <schemaName> WITH MANAGED ACCESS ;
is the above override possible in DbT core ?
