Description & motivation
This PR resolves 42 security vulnerabilities in the requirements.txt file as identified by Snyk. The changes were auto-generated to update and pin dependency versions to secure alternatives, reducing exposure to known CVEs across dependencies such as cryptography, MarkupSafe, and urllib3.
While the fixes improve security, they also highlight a few mismatches between dbt dependencies and some installed versions (e.g., MarkupSafe 2.1.5 vs dbt-core’s requirement <2.1), so care should be taken to ensure runtime compatibility.
