Illegal Instruction

I installed the node-red, but when i start the node-red in the command line with the "node-red" command, the node-red does not start and pops up this message: "Illegal Instruction". What is the process to resolve this issue?

I guess it's not compiled correctly for the architecture of your hardware. What platform / chip are you running on.

I am running in a mini RTU from Elseta, the WCC LITE, that is based in openwrt.

I can't see what processor and architecture that uses. I guess you may need to try to install nodejs and npm manually then try installing Node-RED manually as per https://nodered.org/docs/getting-started/local
