Day 2 breakout group - Phase 2 planning

Phase 2 planning:

Logistics of how the teams will work together during the proposal writing phase so that we can have very detailed descriptions of exactly what will be implemented for interoperability during Phase 2. The goal here is that once we start the development period, we should be past the point of having scoping conversations.

How do we get the community on the system:

-User onboarding
-User outreach
-FISMA/security
-How does the Data Commons fit with the other existing/future cloud-based platforms for data storage/analysis? Address the long-term focus of the Data Commons.

Begin discussions about what makes sense for interoperability between teams in Phase 2.

Anticipate ~20 people participating.
