Rename unit & form file into DelphiDabbler.Lib namespace

Rename unit as DelphiDabbler.Lib.About or DelphiDabbler.Lib.AboutBox.

.dcr & .dfm files will need renaming similarly.

The will be a breaking change so needs introducing at the next major version release.
