Rename `TPJIStreamWrapper`

Wouldn't it be better to rename TPJIStreamWrapper as TPJStreamAdapter, echoing Delphi RTL version.

Would also need to rename descendent classes similarly.

This would be a breaking change requiring the major version number to be bumped.

Unless that is the old name was kept & deprecated and set equal to the new name.

This renaming makes particular sense if issue #6 is implemented.
