Problems with API and DNS - Power MIAB and PfSense

I'm using HA Proxy and ACME Certificates on PfSense to host multiple websites. I am using Power MIAB as my DNS, however I cannot get ACME certs to add TXT records via the API when renewing certificates. Here is the Error I receive.
