[Feature-request] Port forwarding support (alternative to `ddev share` with ngrok)

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice to have this feature managed by DDEV Manager.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Use ngrok with ddev share ("Share" from right-click menu in DDEV Manager)
• Run ddev describe to get the port number, open "Ports" tab, paste the port, make it public and open the URL.

I tried this feature when it was first released and was really interested in implementing it, but I couldn’t find any information in the VS Code API documentation. I'm not sure if it's currently accessible to extensions, but I'll take another look.

I don't see it here https://code.visualstudio.com/api/references/vscode-api

It may be possible to use dev tunnels CLI directly from the extension as a command.
