Simplify organization relations, Allow direct Affiliation link from Individual to Organization

The original purpose of the Relationship element was to allow independence of individuals and organizations over time. With Relationship you could specify a specific Relationship between 2 agents with specific characteristics and time frames. If you don't care about that then I guess you don't need it.
