MAJOR ISSUE : book update

After several months of inactivity, this book needs a major update.

Here are a few important points to cover:

• Keep up to date with new features in the R polars API Update documentation with Polars v0.8.0 #27

• Include syntax with tidypolars Add tidypolars syntax in the panel-tabset #17

• Correct unfair benchmarks Unfairness in benchmarks #24 Memory usage outside of R #29 inefficient data.table code in benchmarks #31
