Add in the other functions of parquetize the functionality with chunks proposed in `table_to_parquet()`

Hi,

I think this should be thinked carefully. We can use a generic function as the one used in table_to_parquet. All the chunk logic will be on one place and it will call the good read_* function.

As all read_* have different signatures (different parameters for skip and max rows) we must use some kind of interface to do that.

I'm not sure if I'm clear enough.... I will draft something.
