Media rpc bug

So yeah , basically i have realme 11 pro on android 15 and realme ui 6.0 and i have problem with media rpc, when im trying to turn on media rpc it shows in app its enabled and when i click that to turn on some apps what i want to be detected , its just turning off , idk how to fix that , i tried restarting app or redownloading kizzy and nothing worked
