debezium operator: allow specifying ImagePullPolicy in DebeziumServer CRD

Which use case/requirement will be addressed by the proposed feature?

The CRD should support specifying an ImagePullPolicy so that the same image is not needlessly pulled from quay.io everytime the pod is created.

This could be added via spec.runtime.templates.container.imagePullPolicy and then passed through.

Hi @mattsawyer77 Could you please report the pod definition? I owuld like to understand which debezium server image is used.

This might have been a misunderstanding on my part (or perhaps it was resolved after upgrading to the latest version)? I'm running version 3.4.1.Final and the pod now shows imagePullPolicy: IfNotPresent.

The reason behind my question is that event we do not have the ability to override the ImagePullPolicy we rely on the kubernetes default that has a reasonable default IMHO.

There still could be case where someone wants to override the defaults so we can leave this open with a low priority.
