dhcp-probe tasks depends on some local facts

Looks like 'tasks/dhcp-probe.yml' depends on some local facts that that is not mentioned in README.

Also, IMHO it will be better to disable dhcp-probe by default, because it's an extended functionality.

Sure, I can go with dhcp-probe disabled by default.

Above error is due to missing ansible_local.root.lib fact which is defined by root.yml playbook. But I can fix it by setting default path for it if variable is not defined.
