To my understanding, this still means that the devices will no longer be able to play internet radio themselves (unless you stream via AirPlay or Bluetooth, as also noted in their new EOL SoundTouch guide). For me, Bose's new change of mind raises the question whether SoundCork will still work once the app gets updated. I'd say it should work (if they just update the app only) but if they also update the SoundTouch device firmware, this may get interessting... @deborahgu what do you think about this? |
