Support individual bmx service info requests

When booting a device running 20.0.6.44144.3075410 the device queries:

INFO:     172.17.0.1:65262 - "GET /bmx/tunein/ HTTP/1.1" 404 Not Found
INFO:     172.17.0.1:65276 - "GET /core02/svc-bmx-adapter-orion/prod/orion/ HTTP/1.1" 404 Not Found
INFO:     172.17.0.1:65288 - "GET /core02/svc-bmx-adapter-siriusxm-everest-eco1/prod/live-adapter/ HTTP/1.1" 404 Not Found

I guess earlier versions are also affected. I expect implementing those endpoints helps solving UNKNOWN_SOURCE_ERROR.
