Add run autolock setting [DRAFT]

Feature Request - AutoRun

Add a "run lock" threshold in the joystick controller that can be enabled/disabled via settings.

This setting would automatically lock the run state on movement controller after a set presstime of consistent directional input, , helping users run in a given direction over extended periods of time and preventing accidental disengagements while running.

Motivation:

• Improves gameplay consistency and user control.
• Prevents run interruptions from unintended input.

Desired Outcome:

• AutoRun triggers after a set time and input threshold in a given direction on the joystick controller.
• New Gameplay>Controls>Configurable setting: run autolock.
• Should be accessible from the settings menu.
