When users check the marketplace in mobile, they will notice that, when they try to apply the smart item's filter seems to not be working (can be applied but currently doesn't provide any visual feedback that it's being enabled).
STR
1- Enter the marketplace with a mobile device
2- Open the filter's menu
3- Expand the special filters and try to turn the smart item filter's on.
Expected result: Filter should work as intended
