Users are unable to change wearables or emotes. The issue was reported on Windows with a 100% reproduction rate.

STR (Steps to Reproduce)

1. Launch the Explorer on Windows
2. Open the backpack/wearables panel
3. Attempt to change a wearable or emote

Expected Result

The selected wearable/emote should be equipped/changed successfully.

Actual Result with evidence

The wearable/emote cannot be changed. No additional details or error output provided.

Investigate whether the #10058 user was attempting to change L1 (Ethereum mainnet) wearables or DCL Names, as suggested by #9985's findings. If so, these may be the same underlying issue manifesting differently.
