give the possibility to update channels separately via keys

Need the ability to update channels update after uploading to registry in order at intervals not like now when pushing a new version.

It should be possible to repeat the update scheme we use in the main registry.

I want to be able to influence which version is specified in the update channel.

1. Create an update channel if specified in the settings.

2. Change the value from the archive if a specific version is specified.

3. Delete update channels according to the settings.
