[controller] [agent] Use manager's indexes when listing rvrs/rvs by fields

It's possible to save a few cpu cycles, if we will use manager's client indexes for rv/rvr listing queries. Instead of getting all the resources and filtering them in the loop, we could just specify the index name, like "RVForNode", etc.
