First time I manually uninstalled 2.4.0 - tried again>

Same error.

I install 2.5.1 Torch, and your install uninstalls it then installs 2.4.0 and tells me its not compatible.

If you find 2.5.1, why not just use that?

You don't list in your instructions to create a Conda environment. Perhaps you think everyone knows that.

I watched a video and the person created a conda env, then everything worked. I think you should list that in your instructions to help others.

When I say Everything worked, the web UI comes up. I have an RTX 3090 and an 19-12900K and it is going on 300 seconds and no output. Is that normal for the first run?
