I tried 2 news installs.
One with postgresql, one with bolt. In Dcrpool.conf feeaddress different than miningaddress in dcrd.conf for node.

Unable to get payment by the pool.
Error in dcrpool.log : POOL: unable to process payments: payDividends: unable to create transaction: -8: Invalid amount: 0 >= -0.01007454 > 2.1e+15

In database with can something strange for fee paiement line :

Problem still here, even with last update
