Can DJL run on Android Termux

Would someone please tell me if DJL code can be written, compiled and run on Android running Termux? For background, Termux is a Linux emulator that runs on Android without needing to root the device and its package manager provides full Java 17. Since it's not a real Linux installation, it tends to not run libraries with native dependencies since such libraries almost rarely have dependencies for Android Arm processors. Thanks.
