Currently, Abacus only support using nspin=1 in tddft, abacus would crash with nspin=2, e.g, add nspin=2 in the abacus-develop/tests/integrate/601_NO_TDDFT_H2_len_gauss

support nspin=2 in tddft simulation. so we could calculate triplet excitation, like in Ocotpus(https://www.octopus-code.org/documentation/12/tutorial/response/triplet_excitations/)
