Force error in Gamma_only with LCAO base #5411

Describe the bug
In cases : 
Analitical Force result with "gamma_only=1" (61.040702 eV/Angstrom) is not same as "gamma_only=0" (61.039597 eV/Angstrom)
Expected behavior
Gamma_only and multi-k should calculate same force results.
