How to prepare the 'fparam.raw' file

Hi all~ The deepmd-kit is used to train a model spanning a wide temperature range, maybe reach a few tens of eV. The contribution of the electron temperature cannot be ingored in this case and the temperature dependent DPMD is more favorable. But when I try to convert the AIMD data, following the guidance you provided in deepmodeling, to raw data which can be recognized by deepmd-kit, I cannot get the 'fparam.raw' file, can you give me some detail information? thank you very much.
