RuntimeError: This deepmd-kit package is inconsitent with TensorFlow Runtime

I installed DeePMD-kit with conda and the installation completed properly. However, when I tried dp -h command , error occurs:

RuntimeError: This deepmd-kit package is inconsitent with TensorFlow Runtime, thus an error is raised when loading op_abi. You need to rebuild deepmd-kit against this TensorFlow runtime.

Due to the fact there is no GPU on my device, the command I used for installation was:
conda create -n deepmd deepmd-kit=*=*cpu libdeepmd=*=*cpu lammps-dp -c https://conda.deepmodeling.org

I've noticed that there's a similar issue with that I have encountered, #1869
while it was related with GPU version, and the solution can't be imitated.

lammps-dp has been deprecated. Please follow v2.1.5 documentation.
