I have some problems in DP-GEN init_bulk step 1、2 and DP-GEN autotest modules

1. I have tried DP-GEN 0.10.6 and 0.11.0 version to run init_bulk step 1 and 2, the error is:

2. Autotest calculates the modulus of the dp potential and reports an error.
3. The modulus calculated by autotest is not strictly symmetrical.
4. How about training speed with CPU.

This error has been fixed by #1085 and #1126. Please update the code.
