[Feature Request] Allow resizing left panel

Simply allow to change width of the left panel. I got a huge horizontal space on my monitor, but not so much vertically. Having wider panel should allow to see more entities in less vertical space + can fit bigger layer filter panel without becoming a dropdown box.
