Outdated Pandas and other dependencies #1680

Want to contribute to DeepPavlov? Please read the contributing guideline first.
What problem are we trying to solve?:
2.1.4 of the dependent library pandas is already available, although the requirements indicate <1.6.0. Pandas is used only for reading files, which most likely has not changed in new versions.
How can we solve it?:
Update requirements to the latest versions.
Are there other issues that block this solution?:
