Many models are crashing:( e.g. Tutorial6_Better_Retrieval_via_Embedding_Retrieval.ipynb

I had many of the Q&A models working until last night. But today, at least three different ones crashed with the message repeated several times:

INFO:haystack.schema:Setting the ID manually. This might cause a mismatch with the ID that would be generated from the document content and id_hash_keys value.

This is when I run, for example:
`from haystack.nodes import EmbeddingRetriever

retriever = EmbeddingRetriever(
document_store=document_store,
embedding_model="sentence-transformers/multi-qa-mpnet-base-dot-v1",
model_format="sentence_transformers",
)`

Did this happen to anyone else? Thanks for any help.

Hello!

What you see is not an error, but an INFO log message.
I agree with you that seeing this message repeatedly can lead to confusion.

Nevertheless, I have verified that the tutorial works correctly...

Hey @gavirapp, @anakin87 is correct, that should be just an INFO message. Is your system crashing after that? The problem might be unrelated, but please let us know. That part of the code has been updated just yesterday so it might as well be some bug.

Yes, they are in fact warnings. First couple runs there were so many prolonged warnings, I assumed it was not going to be complete. But when I came back to it later, I found it still ran the next cells (warnings continued though). Thanks so much for responding and that too quickly. Appreciated. Best,
