I'd like the ability to manage users and groups as well via this provider

I'm creating this issue to track this idea. I've taken the liberty to fork this repo and hack away at it a bit on my local machine. Would you be open to contributions and collaborators? I'd like to eventually manage my TrueNAS entirely via terraform and id like to help advancements in that regard
