+
+basically `mkdir -p` + `touch`
+
+## usage
+
+```sh
+touchp path/to/new/directory/file.ext
+```
+
+This will create any subdirectories that don't exist. if `file.ext` exists it
+will update the last modified date, otherwise it will create `file.ext`
+
