The model/character example model is quite broken

Describe the bug
The model doesn't look like it should.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download https://www.github.com/defold/examples/releases/latest/download/model_character.zip
2. Open and build it with Defold 1.11.2 on (Arch) Linux.
3. See a mess.

Expected behavior
The model should look unbroken.

This could be something specific to linux as it looked the same with Defold version 1.10.2 and .3.

Additional info:
I tried on Windows 10 there it worked as it should. It could be that the newest(-ish) kernel or nvidia driver broke something.
