The answer is your seed schedule:

If the seed stays the same for more than one frame, the generation quality will start to suffer. Try setting it to 'iter' and your initial 'seed' to your first number instead of -1.

The other contributing factor is anti-blur amount, it's too high by default at this moment (0.35), and we're thinking of lowering it to like 0.1 soon.
