Help! - Updating Defroum Stable Diffusion how to

Hey everyone,

Is anyone able to provide some clear steps on how to update my deform stable diffusion?/and possibly create automatic updates from then onwards?

I'm currently on version 2.3b

I just haven't received any clear steps before and wondering if anyone has the time to share. Would be much appreciated thank you!
