Switch from fread to fgets destroys performance against RabbitMQ

Change e143d5c destroys performance when running against RabbitMQ 3.3.x (might also against earlier but I've not tested).

With this change a queue with several hundred waiting messages stomp-php will only consume at about 1 every 45 seconds. Reverting this changes restores throughput rates.

I just ran into this issue. Using fgets in the code while using RabbitMQ as the queue server makes for terrible performance. Publishing a single message takes almost 60 seconds. We are just going to make a fix for ourselves for now, but it would be great if this could be fixed.

I've opened a pull request with a change that supports RabbitMQ and addresses the performance issue (really a timeout due to the connection response parsing). It also still addresses the multiple frames issue that the fgets() change was meant to fix. You can see the pull request here #31, or view the change on my fork.
