Interesting, I've contacted Garo support about some of these in March 2021, and didn't get a reply either. I'd be curious to find out you fill finally get a contact from them. There were other issues with the GLB charging station that I'd like to report to their engineering team, mainly about their update process and the fact that they don't validate the authenticity of the downloaded archive before executing the update script. My issue is related to this .
