Is possible to provide a single compressed file on google drive or other drives?

Hi, dev, I am very appreciative to your work. However, I cannot put it into use due to Internet error I face with the GFW. Could you upload a single file on a drive so that I can asked other people (who has no proggramming background) to help me download the dateset. Much thankx.
